Mr. Hill earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, holds an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from Barry University and has held positions in this particular industry in every departmental function such as (Contract Administration, Accounting and Finance, Credentialing and Recruiting, Operations and corporate management, etc.). Since 2007, Mr. Hill has proven that he possessed the ingenuity and leadership skills that are required to sustain a team of highly diversified and cross-trained individuals necessary to ensure the success of AMG Home Healthcare Services, Inc.

Deborah Cartwright-Clough
Administrator

As Administrator at AMG Home Healthcare Services, Incorporated, Deborah Cartwright-Clough is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an agency that provides home health services to individuals in their home. She also ensures that our patient’s health is our priority and receives the best of care. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse with a Master’s Degree in Healthcare and Business Administration which enables her to provide management, assessment planning and staff supervision. She is passionate about the growth and evolution of home health care with the improvement of individuals’ quality of care.

Sharon Mashburn
Director of Business Operations

Sharon has been in healthcare for a number of years and has extensive knowledge in several aspects of nursing care. The areas include ventilator care, medical/surgical nursing, cardiac, orthopedics, quality improvement and case management. One of Sharon's greatest accomplishments as a nurse is seeing patients and families recover from conditions that they were told they could not recover from. To Sharon, healthcare is a way of life and everyone is entitled to receive quality health care; she applies that same mindset to her work here at AMG.

Allison Naidu
Director of Nursing

As a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the Home Health field, Allison's work has covered most of the Tri-State area. Allison also has a wealth of Hospice and Mental Health experience.
